Organic flank steak marinated overnight with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and seeds, green onions, freshly grated ginger, crushed garlic, and red pepper flakes. Boyfriend even roughed the cold and grilled it outside aww.
Prepare leaves of romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and bean sprouts. I know some people don't like cilantro but it makes me absolutely weak at the knees.. I could put cilantro on anything.. chopping it smelled heavenly.
Some rice, limes, red onions, and slice the flank steak.
Present with a dollop of Sriracha sauce.
This was on a random weekday when we just wanted something clean since we eat out a lot. So we decided on Thai flank steak lettuce wraps, easy to make and deliciously healthy. :)
