Club Monaco denim blazer, J.Crew linen shirt, Helmut Lang chambray shorts, Zara sandals
We shot these photos in San Diego this past weekend before watching the sunset from the La Jolla cliffs. The pictures don't depict these massive dry dusty cliffs overlooking an endless Pacific Ocean surrounded by a vast sun-toasted meadow. Time is so fluid for me in the presence of rushing water.. I just sat there on the ledge of a jutting rock mesmerized by distant crashing of waves hundreds of feet below while hours trickled by until the sun slipped into the horizon and all the warmth in the sky turned a muted pink.
Anyway, I've had an ongoing obsession with denim on denim and recently picked up this denim blazer from Club Monaco that I'm convinced goes with everything and also these perfectly light Helmut Lang chambray shorts in the same week. Meant to be paired.
