Arabica Lounge - Seattle

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! We started off post-Thanksgiving day with a stroll over to Arabica Lounge for Chemex-brewed coffee and a gooey chocolate walnut rosemary cookie made in-house. This is my idea of a good morning...

Arabica has an entire brunch menu featuring eggs. I love eggs! So this was exciting. Of course I had to order a Croque Madame.

Husband used to eat "Dunkin' Eggs" as a little kid -- his mom cut toast into strips and he dipped them into the soft-boiled egg. So out of nostalgia, he ordered Soldier Eggs. It even came with Green Army Men toys! Adorable detail.
