A chill French gastropub (not a paradox) moved into our neighborhood! I love French food but sometimes the long dining, multiple incredibly rich courses, and hefty bill are overwhelming for a night when I just want to relax with some good food. Le Zinc offers a modern vibe with a French menu that is uncomplicated and accessible.
Frites with foie gras and bone marrow aioli. I am so glad Seattle didn't pull a California and ban foie gras. It's so tastyyy.
Simple mussels in wine and butter to accompany the frites.
