Lunchbox Laboratory in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle is a tiny customizable gourmet burgers and milkshake shack with a lot of old school personality. What you see me beasting on in the last picture is the black truffle burger, sweet potato fries with cinnamon salt, and a honey chai milkshake. Very tasty but spiraled me into this hopeless food coma vortex, so of course I had to counter it with some intense cardio after = walking around shopping (the latter part of my day in this post). My friend subbed fries out for tater tots with cajun seasoning that I kept eating from because who can resist tater tots? Who?? I also mooched off the Nutella milkshake (pictured) she got, which was pretty much a glorified Italian hazelnut chocolate shake.. mmm.
