ASOS fur snood, Wilfred wool blazer, Acne sheer tee, BCBGmaxazria lace shorts, Aldo cutout metallic oxfords
A beautiful Italian phrase that stuck with me… “niente accade per caso”, meaning nothing happens by chance. We wanted to shoot on the outskirt of downtown under the monorail in hopes of catching it when it rushes by. I had to go to the bathroom so we stopped in a nearby cafe where we met the store owner who had paintings on the walls of photographs he shot in Vietnam. We’re planning a southeast Asia trip this summer so we ended up talking to him for some time before resuming shooting outside. One of the owners walked out later, saw us, and let us up to the rooftop of the shop building. We came out of the elevator to city lights all around and the monorail beneath us. All this to say… niente accade per caso.
