Being part of the blogsphere can be disorienting when it comes to the weather. I’m still seeing cutoff shorts on the web even though it’s been pouring rain outside and barelegged summer seemed like lightyears ago. But we’ve got these gorgeous yellowing trees around our neighborhood that make me happy that we get to experience the four seasons here in Seattle. Plus, I’m also ready for the cold — I stocked up on Plush fleece-lined tights as soon as the temperatures started dropping, they are amazing.

    I've been using the same tights for years from Korea! fleeced lined tights in freezing rain weather is awesome 🙂

    i feel like i'm never ready for the cold, no matter how many tights/sweaters i accumulate!

    You look gorgeous, Carolyn! I think I really need to get some of those fleece-lined tights because I've been wearing regular ones and getting frost bite in our below 0 degrees weather.

    I usually pair two pairs of fleece-lined tights during the winter, and I find it can actually stave off most of the cold! I hardly ever wear pants in the winter now.

    oooh so pretty! you look all dolled up, but the monotone palette gives the look a sense of functionality and it's very befitting with the season.
    did you lose weight recently btw?
    these are really beautiful photos by the way. the color of the leaves and the way they cover the floor in a golden yellow really makes it all look quite magical. It compliments the skirt 🙂
