Café Medina – Vancouver, BC

Amen, Café Medina! And the pistachio rosewater latte I ordered proved that they meant business when it came to their coffee.

Started with Belgian waffles with a side of fig orange marmalade and white chocolate pistachio rosewater dipping sauces.

Tagine – two poached eggs, spicy tomato stew, sausage, sundried black olives, and cilantro.

Both our entrees came with a generous slice of grilled focaccia. Carbs! Always amazing.

Husband ordered the Cassoulet – two fried eggs on baked beans, double smoked bacon, and andouille sausage.
