“Seattle’s Best” Guide: Vegan Ice Cream

While I’m not vegan by any means, I’ve been so into vegan ice cream lately. Coconut milk is a deliciously light substitute for when you want a sweet treat but not something as heavy as dairy. I made a round up of my favorite vegan ice creams around Seattle:

1. Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream

Similar to their ice cream version, this Vegan Salted Caramel still maintains a creamy consistency but has a hint of delightful coco-nuttiness.

2. Full Tilt Ice Cream

This Vegan Almond Joy ice cream was like childhood Halloween in a bite! I love the grittiness of the crushed almonds whipped into the smooth coconut cream.

3. Bluebird Microcreamery & Brewery

The lightest of the three, this Vegan Horchata is so refreshing and packed with cinnamon. Perfect for summer!

Have a happy weekend!

Looks delicious! We've got a place called Scoops out here in LA that has delicious vegan ice cream. They also take customer suggestions and make some really bizarre flavors like… avocado, bacon, peanut butter and jelly, breakfast cereal… etc. etc. šŸ™‚
