Modern Midi Length

Zara stripe midi dress (similar)
Christian Louboutin “Iriza” heels
Bauble Bar necklace
Chanel wallet on chain

Ever since I got my first midi skirt, I’ve been obsessed with this length! I’m 5’8″ so the longer length doesn’t overwhelm my height even if I’m wearing flats. A midi-length stripe dress has been on my wishlist for a few seasons, and I finally went for this one from Zara. The fit is more casual, and I can see it styled with cognac booties and a field vest for fall, and colorful sandals with the sleeves cuffed for spring. I wore this look to the Sam Smith concert (post coming soon), and added a statement necklace and trusty red lip for the evening.

I'm so envious if your height! I'm 5'4" so midis often make me look quite squat unless I head to the tailor. Great outfit, and hope you had fun at Sam Smith!

Love this dress on you! I am 5'10" and always avoided midi thinking it wouldn't work for taller women but it really does! I need to get a relaxed fitting one just like this, it looks amazing on you!

I wish I was tall enough for a midi skirt! I love stripes and love that this look is all about stripes. You look so gorgeous and I adore the fact that you paired this with classic pieces such as the Louboutins & Chanel. Gorgeous!

you are so fortunate to be 5'8"!! hehe. Coming from the petite height, I still love midi skirts but just have to be careful with proportion if I choose to wear flats. It still happens despite the "rule" but, I do envy those who have the height! hehe

Love this look. And also doubly envious you saw Sam Smith! =)

I didn't know you were 5'8"! The midi dress looks so fab on you. I'm 5'5" so I may be able to pull it off with heels but definitely not with flats!

Wow, totally did not realize how tall you were! I just assumed it was the midi length and heels combo that made you so lean! Regardless, it's a great look on you.
