(As a disclaimer, we live in Seattle and frequently visit Vancouver. If it’s your first time, you could visit the market on Granville Island, hangout in Stanley Park, and shop on Robson St. There’s also so many amazing restaurants, neighborhoods, and shops to explore!)
Airbnb – 27 Alexander: I don’t usually use Airbnb, but it was the way to go! Located right in Gastown, we pretty much stayed in the area and loved being able to walk home after a night out. The interior is so cute too! Plus there is a parking spot, which is usually $30/night through a hotel.
Left: Morning Shanghai – Chinese restaurant located in Richmond (Hongcouver). We ordered 13 dishes for 6 people and devoured everything! Musts: soup dumplings and pan-fried soup dumplings.
Right: Revolver Coffee – Coffee from around the world.
Top left: Tim Hortons – touristy, but we were on a 2-hour waitlist for brunch and got hungry! And you can’t go wrong with donuts.
Other: Cafe Medina – one of my favorite brunch spots! Delicious Moroccan-inspired fare. I had a rosewater latte, waffle with white chocolate pistachio sauce, and lamb meatball tagine.
Left: Earnest Ice Cream – I had a scoop of Chamomile Honey, and Husband ordered the London Fog.
Right: Sweet Peaks – Organic soft serve ice cream; I had the honeycomb with cereal, and Husband had the matcha red bean.
Have a great weekend! Hope it’s one of adventure, good company, and delicious bites.
