Hunter Refined Puffer Coat & Rainboots + Cyber Monday Sales!

If you’re in the United States, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I had a fun, refreshing long weekend enjoying good food with good company. Last night, as tradition, we set up the Christmas tree and all the decorations around our house, and now I’m totally in the festive holiday spirit!

In preparation for winter, I’ve been searching for a down coat with a hood that is also waterproof. Hunter has a Refined line where the silhouettes are more fitted, and this water-repellent puffer coat is exactly what I was looking for.

This Hunter Refined down coat has a slim fit (take your regular size for a snug fit, or size up if you want to layer underneath) and the weight is perfect for moderate Seattle winters. It’s also water-repellent, and that came in handy when it started raining during this shoot! My favorite part is the removable hood that is trimmed with faux fur and is adorably styled like a trapper hat. The hood also fits super securely on my head, which is great for those windy days because it’s annoying when your hood keeps blowing off!

I bought these tall matte rainboots on sale last year during Cyber Monday (and they’re on sale now!), and I wear them all the time since I live in rainy Seattle. These rainboots are part of the Hunter Refined collection, and I like that they’re sleek and minimalistic.
