One of my favorite things to do while traveling is to pick a neighborhood and just wander — in this case, we walked over to Alfama, which is the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon, Portugal, and strolled around all afternoon. We took it slow and admired all the charming old architecture. Portugal is famous for azulejos, intricately painted tiles, and there was no shortage of them in Alfama.
Urban Outfitters button-down midi dress, Ancient Greek Sandals “Niove” sandals, Hermès scarf,
Oliver Peoples x The Row “Parquet” sunglasses, Moorea Seal tortoise earrings, Chloe “Pixie” bag
I love the button detail of this white midi dress, and I matched the brown and cognac tones of the buttons to my accessories, like these tortoise sunglasses and brown sandals. I get asked a lot if Ancient Greek Sandals are comfortable, and I think it’s because they look so minimalist. I own a couple pairs, and while they don’t have arch support, they’re both super comfy even though I walked in them for hours and hours.
