Last weekend, Husband and I drove 30 miles south of Seattle to run an errand, but we decided to make an adventure of this mini road trip and stopped by Point Defiance Park. We’ve never been, but it was the perfect fall day to stroll through the beautiful gardens that were turning the most lovely shades of yellow, orange, and red.

Margaret O’Leary turtleneck sweater (c/o), J Brand black jeans, Diane von Furstenberg over-the-knee boots (on sale! more affordable version), Monica Vinader necklace, Gucci belt bag, Kat Von D “Lolita II” lipstick
I think I found the quintessential knit in this burgundy turtleneck sweater, which has cute bell-sleeves and is made from the softest cashmere wool. I’ll be living in this sweater all through fall and winter seasons! The oversized fit is so cozy, but this time, I decided to cinch the waist with a belt bag for a more slimming silhouette.
