International Women’s Day with M.M.LaFleur

I’m so excited to partner with M.M.LaFleur for International Women’s Day! I’ve loved and worn M.M.LaFleur pieces for years, like this amazing coat I lived in all winter, their chic culottes, and this classy dress for starters. The styles are modern, versatile, and so well made — plus, many styles are machine-washable and wrinkle resistant, so you look great with less fuss. In addition to beautiful clothes, M.M.LaFleur has always supported women: they offer complimentary clothing loans to women running for public office, share empowering stories of women on M Dash, host job interview workshops for Bottomless Closet, and many more. M.M.LaFleur’s commitment to uplift women is especially highlighted through their IWD “Ready to Run” campaign.

I’m wearing the camel Bennett jacket and black Mejia pant, which are pieces that make up the Centennial Suit. To celebrate International Women’s Day, from March 8-22, M.M.LaFleur is donating 40% of proceeds from the ivory Centennial Suit to She Should Run, a nonpartisan nonprofit that helps women run for public office. Plus, the first 350 people to purchase the suit will also receive a complimentary Elizabeth Arden lipstick in the shade Power Red, an iconic color seen on suffragettes who marched in 1912.

I wore this exact look to work last Monday, and as I was walking to my office, a colleague complimented my outfit and that the blazer looked “powerful”. Whether you see clothes as fun or armor, we all have ways we express ourselves to the world. I always wear my M.M.LaFleur pieces if I have an important meeting and want to look professional or a long day and need to be comfortable. For example, I led an equity training at work and wore their Ellis dress, and I felt put together and comfortable on my feet all day. It’s been special to genuinely support a brand who supports you back.

Nice post. I learn something more challenging on different blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice a little something from their store. I’d prefer to use some with the content on my blog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link on your web blog. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Gorgeous! you look fabulous. The collection was pretty cool, catchy & bold. I love your fashion style. Including that, you can also add sexy corset, Cosabella Bralette for unique style and great support. Adding them in the closet is one of the best stylings ways for every season.
