My Tour of Lario Quadrant Homes in Bellevue, Washington

I recently got to tour the new Lario Quadrant Homes community in Bellevue, Washington! I work in the Bellevue School District, so I see firsthand how the neighborhood is in high demand because of its proximity to excellent schools, trendy restaurants, parks, and more. In Lario, there are 46 gorgeous modern townhomes that are crafted by award-winning architects and designers. I’ll share more details below!

These Lario townhomes are literally a Pinterest board come to life! The large windows let in so much natural light, and the open floor plan makes it feel airy and even more spacious — some of the townhomes even have two balconies on the main floor. I could envision myself sipping wine at the kitchen island while my husband whips up dinner, having my morning coffee on the balcony, and hanging out with girlfriends on the couch. The layout is designed perfectly for being together with your family and entertaining guests!

Master Bedrooms & Baths

It’s rare to see such tall ceilings in a townhouse, but Quadrant Homes really maximizes ceiling height with floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere: staircase, living room, and especially the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to the sunrise from those stunning windows every morning! I also loved the master bathroom with its rainfall shower head and soaking tub — all I’d need is a bath bomb and a good book, and I might never leave. Also, attached to that bathroom was not one, but two, walk-in closets!
