5 of My Favorite Asian Food Spots in Portland, Oregon

Being in Seattle, we road trip to Portland, Oregon pretty frequently for food and shopping. Here are some of my more recent favorite spots from the past couple years.

Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine

Lots of special dishes at Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine, but my favorite is the crowd-pleaser: Volcano Cup Noodle with a beef short rib. Just be warned, it’s super spicy!

Kimura Toast Bar

The shokupan at Kimura Toast Bar is so soft and springy. I like to order a savory beef curry & cheese toast and a sweet red bean & matcha butter toast.

Hat Yai

I go to Hat Yai almost every time I’m in Portland. My go-to is the Hat Yai Combo that comes with fried chicken, curry, roti, and sticky rice, and I add a coconut mango horchata!

My first time at Berlu, a Vietnamese bakery, I had to try the “One of Everything” box. While it was all delicious, I loved the Pandan Bánh Bò Nuong (spongey honeycomb cake) most!

Everything at Eem Thai BBQ + Cocktails is so good I forgot to take a picture before eating haha. My mango slushie cocktail was so refreshing too!

Have you been to Portland before? What food spots would you recommend?
