Our Airbnb Rental in Capitol Hill, Seattle is Live!

Our Capitol Hill Airbnb rental is live!! It’s been a grind last month moving into our new place while also getting our beloved townhome in Seattle ready for its 2nd life. I’m so proud of all our hard work to get here!

It’s located within walking distance to Seattle University, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, all Capitol Hill’s bars/clubs/restaurants/music venues, Cal Anderson Park, and much more. We’ve walked downtown to Paramount from our place, hopped on the street car to go to Lumen Field, taken the light rail from Capitol Hill Station to football games at Husky Stadium, etc. It’s soo centrally and conveniently located.

The place can accommodate 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2.5 baths. You can see the layout below:

Living Room

The couch turns into a sleeper full bed. Linens and pillows are in the storage of the couch.

The living room has an open floor plan and is on the 2nd level for more privacy. There’s a 60-inch TV, internet, gas fireplace, and access to a small deck.

Dining Room

Since there’s an open floor plan, the dining room is between the living room and kitchen and is ideal for entertaining as it’s an extension of both spaces.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes an oven, gas range, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. It’s also stocked with dinnerware, flatware, wine glasses, knife block set, pots and pans, cutting boards, and some basic cooking supplies.

In addition, there’s a Keurig machine and French press (we are in Seattle after all so coffee is a must!), tea kettle, airfryer, toaster, juicer, and Crock Pot.

Other

The main floor also has a powder room. Then as you head upstairs, there is a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board in a bedroom closet.

Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, desk, and 6-drawer dresser. It also has an attached bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, desk, and wardrobe. It’s located next to a bathroom with a double sink, bathtub, and shower.

Patio & Garage

There’s a patio by the entrance, and a 1-car garage in the back. Having guaranteed parking in Capitol Hill is luxurious!! Zone street parking is free with a pass (included in your digital welcome package).

This picture was taken the day Husband and I closed on the townhouse almost 10 years ago. It really was the best decade with so many incredible memories, and I hope others now are able to make fun ones of their own there!
