3 Fall Outfits with the Bottega Veneta Cassette Padded Bag

Last time I was in Vegas, I did a little shopping and bought the Bottega Veneta Cassette Padded Leather Crossbody Bag in caramel! I was choosing between the colors almond, taupe, or orange as well. Ultimately, I decided on caramel because it was so rich and beautiful and seemed versatile for more seasons (styled here with this summer pregnancy outfit). At one point, I was tempted by the Bottega Veneta Chain Cassette Padded Leather Bag but the SA said it can get quite heavy for daily wear, and I did want to be able to throw the bag on more casually. I’ll share more of my review at the end of this post.

Here are a few ways I’ve styled this bag:

Kith beanie (similar here and here), Balenciaga sunglasses, Essentials oversized shirt, Ingrid & Isabel maternity top, M.M.LaFleur cashmere jogger pants (similar), Birkenstock sandals

I do really like the Bottega Veneta Cassette Padded Leather Crossbody Bag! The leather is buttery soft and luxurious, yet it’s versatile to dress up or down. I think the regular Bottega Veneta Cassette bag is even more casual and cool for a daily bag. Anyway, the Padded Cassette Bag is also SUPER light, like it almost feels like you’re not wearing anything. The downside to that is I have to add more contents to weigh it down so the clasp stays shut, otherwise it can open up, though maybe that’s a flaw in my particular bag… It’s definitely not the most secure purse, so I’d be more conscious with it in high traffic areas, but I’m not really in those situations often so it doesn’t bother me.
