Every winter, I invest in a couple dresses for holiday parties. For winter dresses in previous years, I’ve liked richer colors like burgundy and textures like lace. I bought this Manoush knit dress in the summer and surprisingly had enough foresight and patience to wait until now to wear it out. The frilly neckline makes accessorizing easy and minimal, and the deep green color is a subtle yet festive alternative to red.
