Last week, my sister-in-law and talented photographer Cassie Marino and I packed a car full of clothes and accessories, a cooler of food and drinks, and headed to eastern Washington. We drove for hours with this dream of a destination in mind: sand dunes. After weeks of sharing a Pinterest board for common inspiration, we set out to make our vision a reality, and we’re thrilled with how the photos turned out! I wore this maxi dress, which works just as well with sandals for the beach as it does with desert boots for any occasion from festivals to stomping around in dry, barren lands. The sand dunes are vast and windy, which made shooting a literal whirlwind of an adventure.

This is so pretty – and you wouldn't know from the front what a fun back it has. I also like how you wore the bandeau top underneath. It's the perfect color, and it makes it all that more interesting to look at from the back. Great summer look.

Loving this maxi dress. The colorful art design at the chest area & wrap around criss-cross straps is so pretty. It really does bring lift to this off-white dress. You look adorable. Not to mention that back-drop is gorgeous.
